CERTIFICATION TESTING and WARRANTY
Testing is a crucial phase for us, beginning with testing each individual component for at least 48 hours and followed by another 48 hours of testing on the assembled project.
To accomplish this, we use a military-grade test bench, which provides us with an absolute guarantee.
Once the tests are complete, the test certifications have been obtained, and the operating system* has been installed, we proceed to the third phase of testing, where an operator tests the WORKSTATION under real-world conditions.
All this to ensure the maximum reliability of each of our workstations, demonstrated not only by the constant feedback we receive from our users, but above all by our in-house support laboratory, which is constantly empty, despite the over 5,000 workstations we have produced to date.
INSTALLATIONS
Please request the sequencer of your choice when ordering: Cubase PRO/Artist, PROTOOLS, ABLETON LIVE, STUDIO ONE, FL STUDIO, REAPER, REASON, MAGIX Sequoia, and Semplitude.
The sequencer you choose will be pre-installed, tested, and optimized in our labs.
